Festival of Football at UCC
This weekend sees a festival of football as UCC host the Higher Education GAA Finals Weekend.
A total of 14 teams will compete in the Mardyke and the Farm on Friday and Saturday in the Sigerson Cup, Trench Cup, Corn na Mic Leinn, Comhairle Ard.
Hosts UCC are current Sigerson Cup champions and will hope to retain the title they won in Belfast last year but will face stiff opposition from IT Carlow, UCD and DCU.
A special mention to Liverpool Hope University who have made the trip across the water to take part in the Trench Cup.
We look forward to welcoming everyone to the Mardyke this weekend and we would like to wish best of luck to all teams in their respective competitions.

Fixtures – Friday 20th February
Sigerson Cup Semi Finals
UCD vs DCU in the Mardyke at 2pm.
UCC vs IT Carlow in the Mardyke at 4pm.
Trench Cup Semi Finals
WIT vs Garda College in the Farm at 1pm.
Liverpool Hope University vs St.Pats in the Farm at 1pm.
Corn na Mac Leinn Semi Finals
GMIT vs RCSI in the Farm at 11am.
NWRC vs UU Magee in the Farm at 11am.
Comhairle Ard Oideacheas Final
Limerick CFE vs Mater Dei in the Farm at 3pm.
Saturday 21st February
Sigerson Cup Final in the Mardyke at 3pm.
Trench Cup Final in the Mardyke at 12.45pm.
Corn na Mac Leinn Final in the Farm at 11am.
